HNR-FF Meet ISO 16028 Standard
APPLICATION
● The HAINAR FF series couplings are widely used in the following public utilities: Hydraulic oil leaks can pose serious safety risks, especially for overhead bucket cranes used in high-pressure power line maintenance.
● These quick couplings are also widely used for the quick switching of hydraulic tools in construction, railway maintenance, and mining. Their easy-to-clean design makes them ideal for these applications.

FEATURES
● The design of the new valve can withstand the impact of high-speed fluid and pulsating pressure, offering enhanced performance.
● The sleeve locking mechanism engages by rotating the sleeve after connection. During use, the lock mechanism prevents accidental disconnection when the joint is dragged along the ground
● The locking mechanism is designed to prevent debris from entering the internal mechanism, thereby avoiding malfunction during connection or disconnection. The sleeve
covers the retaining ring and includes a dust seal in the spring area. Hardened male plugs and sleeves, along with a solid bar structure, create high-quality female couplings that maximize resistance to hydraulic and mechanical impact-induced erosion and damage.
● This anti-burst BFT seal is designed to prevent rupture or damage under hazardous working conditions. The durable ball lock mechanism ensures reliable connection every time. Multiple locking steel balls evenly distribute the load, providing alignment and rotational motion to reduce hose twisting and extend hose life.
● FF series couplings operate using a flush valve mechanism during connection and disconnection. This means the engagement between valves allows minimal fluid loss during disconnection or minimal air ingress during reconnection.
● A new environmentally friendly zinc plating process is used to provide superior rust resistance.FF couplings comply with ISO 16028 standards.

● STUCCHI FIRg series (Italy)
● AEROQUIP FD89 series (USA)
● HANSEN FF series (USA).
● Warning: These products are not suitable for use as rotating male couplings. Rotation under pressure will lead to excessive and premature wear.
