HNR-KZE-B Thread Connected Series
APPLICATION
● The HAINAR KZE-B series couplings, featuring a threaded locking system and a precise ball-type one way valve, are designed for extremely high-pressure applications, such as portable hydraulic jacks.
FEATURES
● The KZE-B series couplings are made from solid steel bar material, ensuring excellent durability.
● The male coupler features a threaded sleeve locking structure, which matches the corresponding external thread on the female coupler. The male and female parts must be manually threaded together during connection.
● The valve uses hardened chrome alloy steel balls, which are spring-loaded to securely fix the valve in place on the valve seat.
● The valve provides a metal-to-metal seal between the steel ball and the inner cone surface.
● The coupling seal is made from polyurethane rubber material, resistant to extrusion under high pressure.
● The KZE-B series is interchangeable with the following products:
Parker (USA) 3000 Series
FASTER (Italy) PVVM Series.
