HNR-VEP Flat Face series

● The VEP series couplings are widely used in mobile engineering equipment, hydraulic tools, vehicles, and other public utilities.

● The male coupling is designed for pressurized operation,allowing for pressurized connections even when there is residual high pressure inside.

● The VEP series female coupling uses a threaded sleeve locking structure, which pairs with the corresponding external threads on the male plug. During connection, the male and female parts must be manually joined together using the threads.

●  A new environmentally friendly galvanized coating provides enhanced rust resistance.

● The VEP series couplings operate with a flush valve mechanism during connection and disconnection.

● This means the connection minimizes fluid loss during disconnection or introduces only a small amount of air when reconnecting.

● The explosion-resistant BFT seal is designed to prevent rupture or damage under hazardous working conditions. Made from solid steel bar stock, the couplings offer excellent durability.
