HAINAR Launches Three Series of Liquid Cooling Blind-Mate Quick Connectors: Redefining Efficiency in Thermal Management

As liquid cooling technology becomes the mainstream thermal management solution in high-performance computing, data centers, electronic devices, and server systems—outperforming traditional air cooling with higher heat transfer efficiency, lower energy consumption, and more stable operation—reliable and efficient connection solutions have become critical. To address this demand, HAINAR has unveiled three series of liquid cooling blind-mate quick connectors: the BMQC Blind-Mate Connector, UQD Quick Connector, and UQDB Floating Blind-Mate Connector, offering comprehensive and professional connection solutions for diverse liquid cooling scenarios.
The BMQC Blind-Mate Connector is tailor-made for cold plate liquid cooling systems, boasting a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and a maximum working pressure of 2.4 bar. Crafted entirely from stainless steel, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. Its advanced leak-free design prevents liquid spillage during insertion and removal, while its strong error compensation capability (supporting ±5mm radial deviation and ±2.7° angular deviation) significantly reduces assembly precision requirements. Compliant with the OCP Open Compute Project standard and UL-IEC 62368-1 certified, the BMQC is ideal for space-constrained, frequently installed cold plate applications such as GPU servers, AI servers, and edge computing platforms.
The UQD Quick Connector, designed in accordance with OCP’s UQD standard, focuses on delivering high flow rates and zero spillage for data centers and electronic cooling systems. Equipped with a two-way shut-off structure, it automatically closes the flow path during insertion and removal, ensuring system safety and maintenance convenience. Every UQD connector undergoes 100% helium leak testing to guarantee flawless sealing performance. Made from 316 stainless steel with EPDM seals, it combines corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability, making it a top choice for small-diameter hoses and rack-mounted devices like server blades and power modules.
The UQDB Floating Blind-Mate Connector is developed specifically for hidden terminal interfaces, integrating a self-aligning structure and a flat-mounted anti-leak valve for fast and safe docking. It supports automatic correction of minor misalignments to improve assembly efficiency and reduce manual intervention. With no splashing during insertion and removal, it eliminates the risk of equipment corrosion and short circuits, making it highly suitable for electrical components. Available in 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ sizes, it adapts to various pipe diameter needs, operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and a maximum pressure of 10.3 bar (150 psi) for medium to high-pressure liquid cooling systems. It excels in scenarios requiring hidden interface installation and automatic blind-mate docking, such as modular servers, storage systems, and AI computing devices.
HAINAR’s liquid cooling blind-mate quick connectors find wide application across liquid cooling systems, semiconductor process equipment, data centers and edge computing, as well as servers and supercomputing platforms. They support multiple connection combinations, with male connectors featuring ORB/BSPP threaded connections and female connectors in barbed quick-connect form. The standard working pressure is 6.9 bar, and some small-size models can withstand pressures up to 20 bar, meeting the needs of light, medium, and heavy-duty liquid cooling systems.
“Liquid cooling quick connectors are not just components; they are the foundation for the efficient operation of the entire thermal management system,” said a spokesperson for HAINAR. “Our BMQC, UQD, and UQDB series fully cover diverse liquid cooling scenario needs, from cold plates and pipelines to module docking, providing customers with one-stop, standardized, and highly reliable liquid cooling connection solutions. Whether it’s high-temperature resistance, zero-leakage control, high-flow transmission, or automatic blind-mate connection, HAINAR’s products will be a trusted partner in building future data centers, semiconductor equipment, and intelligent systems.”
With HAINAR’s blind-mate quick connectors, liquid cooling systems become more efficient, intelligent, and secure, driving the green transformation and technological advancement of the thermal management industry.
