Production Process
Before we manufacture the mass order, Our inspector will check the first sample by Measuring machine and CMM according the drawings, until the sample dimension match to the drawings.
Then give an approvement to production team, and arrange the mass order.
Quality Control
- Production Site Process Inspection
- Route Inspector will come to inspect on site timely, each 1.5 hours will send the item to inspection room to make full dimension check.
- We have Small-Big box model - The item will be inspected when there's around 20-30pcs of items in small box. 1) If they are qualified, we will send them to the big box. 2) If they are disqualified, we will stop the CNC machine at once, and 100%.
- Each machine have its record for the item which in manufacturing.
