What are hydraulic connections? What are their characteristics?

Because of its simple structure, flexible layout and good self-lubrication, the hydraulic system of hydraulic connections is easy to be combined with other transmission modes. Therefore, at present, it is widely used in most of the equipment of all kinds of enterprises, and the hydraulic system of hydraulic connections is generally a closed pipe circulating system, the hidden trouble of hydraulic system is one of the main disadvantages of hydraulic transmission. Once the hydraulic system of the equipment breaks down, the fault reason should be determined as soon as possible and eliminated in time, in order to reduce the economic loss caused by the equipment stopping. Engineers need to rely on their own professional skills, basic knowledge of hydraulic transmission, hydraulic  components and basic knowledge of circuit fault analysis.

 

 

A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts:

namely, power components, actuators, control components,   auxiliary components (accessories) and hydraulic oil. The function of the power unit is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. Hydraulic pump structure of the general form of gear pump, vane pump and piston pump. The function of actuators, such as hydraulic cylinders and motors, is to convert the pressure energy of a liquid into mechanical energy, driving a load in either linear reciprocating or rotary motion. The control element (i. e. various hydraulic valves) controls and regulates the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system. According to the different control function, the hydraulic valve can be divided into pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve. Pressure control valve is divided into benefit valve (an full valve) , pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc. Direction control valve includes one-way valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, shuttle valve, reversing valve and so on. According to different control methods, hydraulic valves can be divided into switch-type control valve, fixed value control valve and proportional control valve. Auxiliary components include oil tank, oil filter, oil pipe and pipe joint, seal ring, quick change joint, high pressure ball valve, hose assembly, pressure joint, pressure gauge, oil level oil thermometer, etc. . Hydraulic oil is the working medium of transmitting energy in hydraulic system.
