  • The rubber tube joint bending radius is not reasonable, or in the working process of the hose has an unreasonable bending radius of the existence of the situation

How to rule it out:

  • Choose the rubber hose according to the working pressure.
  • The purchase of high-pressure rubber hose buckle, buy after the first test the quality of the buckle, do not oil installed in the host. Those of poor quality should be replaced.
  • When installing the hose to tighten the thread, be careful not to twist the hose. When the concrete operation, you can draw a color line on the hose to observe, twist the hose color line from a straight line to a spiral line, from the joint is prone to oil leakage, and even cause the hose to break.                                                                There should be room for expansion in the length direction. Don’t pull it too tight. Because the hose in the role of pressure and temperature, length will change, generally for the contraction, contraction of about 3% of the length of the tube.
  • At the bend, there should be sufficient length, the bend radius should be large enough, and at the bend (at the connection with the pipe joint) there should be a section of straight pipe, the length should be ≥2d (d is the outside diameter of the pipe) , the minimum curvature radius ≥(9 ~ 10) 
  • It is better not to use the hose in the right corner corner, otherwise, under the condition of alternating pressure, the length and radius of curvature of the hose bend will change and lead to fatigue rupture, resulting in oil leakage, the use of stainless steel hose should be more attention.
