Pipe routing is important for ease of installation, system efficiency, leak-free operation, and pleasing appearance. Once the size of the hard pipe and transition joints have been determined, the following factors need to be considered for proper pipe routing:

> The joints must be easily accessible.

Each joint in the system should have enough space to allow the use of the correct torque wrench. Install.

> Pipeline Support The main function of hard pipe supports is to absorb vibrations generated by the system (pipe clamp space guidelines are shown in the figure).

The supports reduce noise and reduce fatigue failures that may be caused by mechanical movement. The supports should bear only the weight of the rigid pipe line itself. If it is necessary to bear the weight of valves, filters, accumulators, additional pipe clamps should be used. When a movable hose is connected to a rigid pipe assembly, the rigid pipe should be secured as close as possible to the connection to provide adequate support.
